We have extensive experience in both the private residential market (mostly focused on large exclusive properties that require bespoke installation or retro fits with the latest more sustainable products including EV chargers, LED lighting and Solar PV) and the new-build side. Our Residential division looks at supporting national, regional and local developers with a full electrical (and mechanical with support from our sister companies in the group) installation service. Our vast experience of projects ranges from small clusters of high end homes (or individual larger properties) to sites with 300+ units over multiple years.
